2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we need your consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary.
3. How we ask for consent
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all or Manage settings for each category. Optional cookies stay off until you opt in. We save your choice (with the date and the version of this policy) in your browser, and ask again if this policy changes or after six months. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using (also in the footer of every page). If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop analytics tracking and remove its cookies where possible.
Optional analytics scripts are not loaded unless you allow analytics cookies. We do not currently place advertising cookies.

Strictly necessary (always on)
Needed for the website to work and stay secure, and to remember your cookie choices. These can't be switched off. The sign-in cookies are only set for clinic staff using the admin area.

Analytics (optional, off by default)
Help us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, how people find us, and clicks on call, email and booking links) so we can improve it. Uses Google Analytics 4. Nothing is loaded and no data is sent to Google unless you switch this on.

Marketing and advertising (optional, off by default)
Would allow advertising cookies to measure and personalise ads (Google ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization). We don't currently run any advertising tags, so no marketing cookies are set even if you switch this on.

Functional / embedded content
We don't embed third-party maps, videos or social media widgets, so no functional cookies are set. Our service-area map is a self-hosted image that makes no requests to other sites.
5. Third-party sites
When you follow our link to the online booking service, client portal or other external websites, those sites may set their own cookies under their own policies.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site (such as staff sign-in) working.
